BB10 Believed Could Attract Android and iPhone Users


Today is arguably the prestige of being lost BlackBerry smartphone competitors, Google with its Android and Apple with its iPhone. However, the condition is believed, by a high-ranking manufacturer of BlackBerry, will soon be over.

CEO of Research In Motion (RIM) Thorsten Heins pretty sure BlackBerry 10 operating system to steal market share from competitors, which means that Android and iPhone.

This means that RIM believes it can tempt Android and iPhone users to switch to a BlackBerry smartphone with OS BB10.

In a quarterly conference companies and investors, on Thursday (27/09/2012), Heins also said that BlackBerry 10 will attract new customers to the smartphone.

In early 2013, RIM plans to bring first BlackBerry smartphone consumer segment 10 for upper middle.

Heins also hinted, middle and lower segments of the smartphone will also attend next year.

"We're working on a concept for the entry level. You might see next year's entry-level product," said Heins.

For now, RIM was satisfied with the availability of BlackBerry 7 smartphone operating system, which can reach the lower-middle segment and upper middle.

RIM has introduced the BlackBerry 10 operating system in BlackBerry World event in the U.S. in May. The operating system is experiencing significant changes when compared to BlackBerry 7. Three of the reliable features include camera software like "time machine," smart keyboard, and multi-tasking.
